Well, I've done this before but my blog seemingly decided to disappear on me. So I decided to make a fresh start. Since the last post on my old blog I have helped an elderly man out. He showed up at my last job and was disoriented. So my boss and I jumped into action, we called 911, and the EMS came to check him out. Turns out the man was dehydrated and was out of it. Well, he didn't want to go with them in the ambulance so we insisted he sit a while and drink plenty of water. When he was finally ready to goI followed him home. Turns out the man had no electricity. He had gotten confused and the light bill hadn't been paid. He was supposed to be on oxygen as well. We called around and finally some family showed up to take care of him. Turns out he had lost his wife and now he has Dementia. I felt so bad for him, but I know he's getting the help he needs now.
Ok, so on to the next thing, I got a new job!! I now work at a nice finance company. Yes, I know right, I never expected to land a nice job like this. I'm very happy and enjoying it very much. I started a little over a month ago. I do different things in the office. I can't really go into detail because I'm not supposed to discuss what I do. So unfortunately that's about all I can say for now. I will say this, I love the job and everyone I work with. I feel like its a family. I don't have to deal with the stuff I dealt with at the gas station. Everyone pulls their on weight and does what they're supposed to do.
I gotta get back into the swing of things with writing. So in closing I will say I will be back with some more clever stories soon enough.
